DESCRIPTION:
German 8mm watchmakers lathe with motor, collets and intermediate spindle, early 20th century
CONDITION:
this set is old but solid and functional, with a working Bodine electric motor and foot pedal, tailstock, tool rest and modern variable chuck. The 10 collets are by various makers. The spindle has several adjusters and pulleys for transferring torque from the motor to the tool. All is well mounted on a metal and wood platform.
